Many questions will be easy for you.

Others may require checking out before answering.

So don’t rush, just get it done as soon as possible.

If in doubt, answer ‘No’.

If you have multiple businesses/Agencies, do an Assessment for each one.

Solutions pages, just for ‘No’ answers, will only become available after all questions are answered.

It might take some time to confirm the right answers and to finish. No more than say a month.

Don’t delegate doing this assessment. It’s about the conduct and culture of risk management in your business. It starts with you, the Principal.

After sending your answers, Risk Management Assessments (RMA) will rate your totals in each category against benchmarks and provide feedback to you.

Only your head office will be advised of your responses and ratings.

RMA will make contact two (2) months afterwards to see how you are progressing on any remedial activity you are undertaking.
